Sometimes, it is very expensive for creditors to obtain and/or enforce a judgement. Often the risks are perceived as to high and creditors are not able or willing to invest even more in a claim that has already cost them to much.

In such cases our company is willing to fund the legal proceedings or parts of it, such as lawyers fees or experts fees. This means our company will take over the financial burden for third parties and therefore takes the financial risks on a successful recovery.

The advantages of this type of funding is that the financial risks are outsourced and that a valid claim still has a chance to be recovered even if a creditor is not able to fund the court proceedings. East-West Debt will make an assessment of the claim on the merits of a possible court case and will only take a fee upon successful recovery.
