Obtaining a judgement is important but does not automatically lead to payment of your claim. More often than not, you can spend a lot of time and money and obtain a judgement and still your debtor can refuse to pay.

If voluntary payment is not made you must execute your judgement. To be able to execute, you need to find assets of your debtor.

East-West Debt will not only provide you with the asset information, but also will give you advise on how best to use this information in the jurisdiction were the assets are to be attached. You are always free to decide whether or not to use this information.

Only in case, you use our information and you are successful in the recovery process and have been paid, you pay us a fee. This fee is always established contractually, so you will not have any surprises nor hidden extra costs.
